Peter Paul places great value on family and its importance in empowering the community. Last year, we established the Promise Family Network, created to strengthen the core of parents connected to Peter Paul and Richmond Promise Neighborhood. The program will offer free trainings such as parenting workshops, family field trips, and access to workforce development opportunities.    

Additionally, each parent will work with PPDC to create a Promise Plan, outlining their personal goals and how they can work to achieve them. Thirteen families are currently participating. Our aim is to focus on a core group of families, as we begin to grow this initiative. Our Outreach Coordinator, Adrienne Johnson is excited to launch the Network with an induction ceremony on February 3.
